The most business setting, management frequently aspire to improve their existing norms through innovation that will yields sustainability and growth but then again after many tries, they seem not to get the nail in the wall. This is as a result of some factors that are overlooked by management.

• increase collaboration,
• loosen up a little,
• lastly, the employees must be curious and willing to increase their capacity.
